coming back to WDW staying on sit, 1st week of December for a week, taking a day to go see all hotels done up in the Christmas decoration. ? is, does the buses, boats, monorail go from hotel to hotels. I think I asked already, sorry. Thank you

    Hi Tammy!

There's nothing better than visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season. My family loves to visit the Resort hotels to admire the Christmas decorations, and you have a few options in terms of transportation.

The Resort Monorail makes stops at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (the life-sized gingerbread house is a must-see), Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Contemporary Resort. You can access several Resort hotels via Disney Water Transportation from Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs. The link provided will give you a full list. Several Resort hotels are within walking distance of Epcot or Disney's Hollywood Studios, including Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's Yacht Club Resort and Disney's BoardWalk Inn. The buses do not go from Resort hotel to Resort hotel.

Here's an idea for you. You could visit the three Resort hotels on the Monorail System, stopping at Disney's Contemporary Resort last. From there, you can take a water taxi to Disney's Wilderness Lodge (another must see!). From Disney's Wilderness Lodge, you can take a bus to either Disney's Hollywood Studios or Epcot, and then you will be able to take a water taxi or walk to Disney's Beach Club Resort (not to miss!). From Disney's Beach Club Resort, you can walk to see the decorations at Disney's Boardwalk Inn and/or Disney's Yacht Club Resort. If you still have some energy left, you can take a bus to Disney Springs and check out the Christmas decorations there as well.

I hope this helps with your planning, Tammy!

    Wishing you magical memories,
    Erin
