Kelly from Buckinghamshire Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Coming back to WDW in January 2026. However my husband needs to make sure he has lower fat meals due to his medical condition. Main meals are easy but it's breakfast options that we are unsure about. What can he have under the quick service plan?

Greetings, Kelly! Welcome back to planDisney!

Thanks for sharing your fantastic food question. With so many wonderful restaurants and snack options across all the theme parks, water parks, and resort hotels, there is something to suit nearly everyone’s culinary tastes and needs.

Food options will vary at each quick-service location, but many of them have low-fat items like fruit, oatmeal, and I’ve seen egg white dishes on some menus (Capt. Cook’s and Primo Piatto to name two). You can find all menus for all Walt Disney dining locations on the Walt Disney World website and My Disney Experience mobile app, but you’ll have an easier time if you narrow your search to the parks or hotels you plan to visit.

If you’re having issues finding low-fat breakfast items, I’d suggest you contact the Special Diets team at special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com. You can tell them about your husband’s dietary needs, and they will assist you in finding delicious options. They ask that guests not contact them until at least 14 days before their arrival, and you can find more information here

Kelly, I hope this information is helpful and that you’re able to put together the most magical itinerary for your holiday. Don’t hesitate to come right back if you have any other questions. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

    Magical travels!
