We are coming back in November, staying at Polynesian, 1st time! Would love to use Minnie van to travel from Disney Springs to a park. Would this be an option for us?

Hello, Jamie, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we thank you for your loyalty!

Congratulations, you’ll soon be vacationing at The Most Magical Place on Earth as a Guest at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, placing you in the tropical South Pacific under Pixie-Dusted skies, during our Holiday Festivities, how great is that!

We used the Minnie Van service during our most recent vacation and loved it! It’s a fun and easy way to get to your destination, saving you a lot of time! The drivers are Disney Cast Members who are friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. We loved the service so much, we used it all over Walt Disney World Resort throughout our entire stay.

I recommend downloading the Lyft app on your Smartphone and upon your arrival at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, head over to the Lobby Concierge who can help get you started so you can see the option to select a Minnie Van from a list of vehicles on the Lyft app and you’re all set!

Ride from any Disney Theme Park to Disney Springs and back to your Resort hotel, the choice is yours. You will have to be at the designated pick-up location in order to order a Minnie Van. At the end of your ride, many drivers offer a Minnie Van card with pick up location information for you to refer to at the end of your visit.

I hope this information is helpful, Jamie and wish you Minnie magical memories and van rides!
