    Hi, We are coming back in August. Last time I messed up the magic bands. This year I would like to surprise my kids with the theme bands. I live in the UK - am I able to purchase these online and will they be at the front desk when we arrive? Thanks

    Hi Brian!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    This is a great idea, and something I have done a few times myself!  I recommend you have a look at shopDisney.com - they have a huge selection of MagicBands, of all colours and many designs.  (If you can't find them, just type MagicBands into the search bar.) .  You can have them shipped to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you will find the mailing address of each Resort hotel on the Overview page for each Disney Resort hotel on the website.  Ensure you add your name, and "(Guest, arriving -- insert arrival date here --)".  I usually order anything to arrive no earlier than 5 days before my check-in date.  You will see there are various shipping options - US Standard Shipping is normally 4-5 business days, but if you are running late there are 1 and 2-day express shipping options available. Your parcel should be ready for you at check-in, and you can have your MagicBands set up for you straightaway, or you can bring them to the Front Desk later if you want to present your surprise once you get to your room.  There are so many fabulous designs to choose from - I know your children will be delighted.  Please note that there will be a small handling fee of $5 for packages received at the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel.
