Hi Kaitlyn! Welcome to planDisney!
First of all, a great big "CONGRATS" on your upcoming wedding! I have major regrets that I didn't plan a bachelorette weekend at the Walt Disney World Resort because it sounds like a blast. You are going to have so much fun making
memories and laughing a LOT!
I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble finding
brunch and dinner reservations for your visit. Dining reservations open 60 days in advance, so it can be tough finding availability, especially for a large party, after that initial window opens. When I just looked for your dates, I did find dinner availability for seven people at multiple locations in
Disney Springs, so you may want to plan to head there for a few meals. They have some amazing options! I also found brunch reservations for Saturday and Sunday at
Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant and I highly recommend it. It is delicious!
I suggest you book a couple of the available dining reservations, then keep searching for any last-minute cancellations. You can always plan to snack your way around the Most Magical Place on Earth with some stops at Quick-Service locations. A Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich with Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread from
Sleepy Hollow, Cheeseburger Spring Rolls from the Adventureland Spring Roll Cart, and a Warm Cinnamon Roll (with extra icing!) from
Gaston's Tavern, all in one
Magic Kingdom Park day? Yes, please! That is what bachelorette party dreams are made of!
I hope you can find all the dining that you are wishing for, Kaitlyn! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
