Hi Lidia! Welcome to planDisney.
September is a fantastic time to visit Disneyland Resort. The weather will be warm and with schools in session, you should experience lighter crowds. Plus, you can probably expect to see Halloween décor, treats, entertainment, and festive overlays on certain attractions, including The Haunted Mansion in New Orleans Square at Disneyland Park. It's one of my favorite seasons! You'll definitely want to plan ahead, so you can make a must-do list.
A good place for
Australian Guests to start is to contact a local travel agent, who can assist you with your plans. I'd recommend staying on-site at one of Disneyland Resort's three hotels. Disneyland Hotel is my family's favorite. We love the retro styling and easy access to the Disneyland Monorail, which brings you right into Tomorrowland at Disneyland Park. They all offer convenient access to the theme parks and perks like Early Entry. There should be packages available that combine your stay with admission tickets. These offer great value.
Once you've made your arrangements, as you're counting down the days to your arrival, you can keep up to date on what new things are coming to the parks by checking out the
Disney Parks Blog. For our family, the snacks and dining opportunities are a big part of the magical experience.
Disney Eats is a great place to whet the appetite for the festive treats and eats you'll find throughout the parks, during your trip.
Have a spooky time!
