Greetings, Gina!
Thanks so much for bringing your great questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your summer vacation to the Disneyland Resort will be here before you know it. You are going to love how easy it is for the entire family to make magical memories as there truly is something for everyone at any age.
I'm delighted to tell you that there is a
Rider Switch Service offered at the Disneyland Resort at all attractions with a posted height requirement. This allows your party to split into two groups so someone can stay behind with your infant while the other party rides. To make use of this convenient offering, just make sure everyone in your group is together when you approach the Cast Member at the attraction's entrance. Let them know you would like to utilize this service as well as who will be staying behind will the first party rides. The people staying behind will have their tickets scanned and will be essentially given a Disney FASTPASS to ride during a certain time frame right after the first party is finished. This second party can then enter through the FASTPASS queue at this time, bypassing the standby queue. I love this service, because if I am supervising my son who isn't tall enough to ride yet, we can meet Characters, go shopping, or even ride a baby-friendly attraction while dad is riding. You can also use this free time to visit the convenient
Baby Care Centers located in each park which provide a comfortable and semi-private space to feed or change your baby.
When it comes to
dining at the Disneyland Resort, all reservations for Table Service restaurants, dinner packages, and Character dining experiences can be made up to 60 days in advance. You can make dining reservations easily on Disneyland.com, on the
Disneyland mobile app, or by calling (714) 781-3463.
I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions. I wish you a Fantasmic trip!
