Hi, were coming in August, and can set up fastpass+ 60 days in advance, but it wants out magicband ticket info, and it seems we wont receive those until 30 days or less before the trip. How do we get around this to ensure we can book fastpass 60 days out?

Hi, Jennifer! Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel are eligible for so many fantastic benefits. As part of your stay, you can customize a MagicBand for each guest staying in your room. The MagicBand not only opens your resort room door, it can also link to your theme park tickets and FastPass+ selections.

You will be able to make your FastPass+ selections up to 60 days in advance. To be able to do this, the system will be looking for your theme park tickets, not necessarily a MagicBand. Simply link your theme park tickets to the same My Disney Experience account to which your resort reservation is linked. You can set up a profile in your Family & Friends List for each member of your party and their tickets. If you booked a Magic Your Way Vacation Package that included theme park tickets, then all of your information should already be linked. If it helps you to not worry, give a My Disney Experience Cast Member a call and they will check it all out for you to make sure you are linked and ready.

If you look right now at the FastPass+ booking calendar, it will only show you dates 30 days in advance. Once you get to the day this June that is 60 days in advance of your resort check-in date, the calendar will automagically extend to include the entire length of your resort stay. Do you have a list of your favorite FastPass+ choices ready? Come back and visit us if you would like some recommendations!
