Hello Douglas,
Thanks for bringing another question to
planDisney, it’s great to see you back! I’m happy to help out a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member, let’s take a look at your question.
Split stays are a fantastic way to explore the many DVC Resorts found at
Walt Disney World Resort. My family often plans split stays so we can experience our favorite things at more than one resort during one vacation. During our last trip, we began our vacation relaxing at
Disney’s Old Key West Resort and then moved over to
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani Village. My daughters love the Sandcastle pool over at Disney’s Old Key West and also enjoy watching the animals roam the savanas at Kidani Village. A split stay allowed for enjoyment at both resorts!
When considering a split stay, luggage is often one of the first details that comes to mind but Douglas, I have good news for you, Bell Services has you covered. Guests moving from one Disney Resorts Collection hotel to another can use Bell Services to hold any luggage until the room at the second resort is ready. You’ll need to make sure your luggage is labelled so it is easily identifiable and don’t forget to pull out any items you may need throughout the day since you may not have access to your bags for some time as they are being moved. Once your Villa is ready, you can transport your own luggage or Bell Services can assist and move it to your room. It is so nice to be able to enjoy your day without having to worry about your luggage!
Douglas, I wish you a wonderful vacation at the Most Magical Place on Earth. Enjoy your stay at
Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and
Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.
Welcome Home,
Candace
