we are coming april 4-10, 2015 with a 4 and 6 year old first visit for both. looking for suggestions on which parks to do with little kids.

    Peter:

If you're looking for a good park to take pre-schoolers, I would head to the Magic Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Magic Kingdom provides the iconic Disney experience with all of your favorites from Peter Pan to Pirates of the Caribbean, Dumbo to Buzz Lightyear. There are only a handful of attractions with height requirements that your children won't meet in comparison to the whole, and the size of the park is easily traversed without a stroller if you choose not to bring one.

Disney's Hollywood Studios is the smallest of the Disney parks and like Magic Kingdom makes it easier for young legs in comparison to the much larger Animal Kingdom and Epcot parks. Children seem to be more familiar with the characters in this park which include the Muppets, the Incredible, Belle and the Beast, the Little Mermaid, Lightning McQueen and Mater, just to name a few. The younger set just simply seems to relate to these contemporary characters.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
