Hi Jennifer!
Thank you so much for sending this Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR at planDisney! I'm happy to be your planEAR today!
Oh wow, a seven-day
Disneyland Resort vacation, can I come too? Some Disney fun in the
Southern California sun sounds like just the ticket to some much-needed rest and relaxation indeed. I'm so sorry to say, Jennifer, that
Disneyland Resort theme park admission tickets are only sold for a maximum of up to five theme park days. I'm not sure why this is and why Walt Disney World Resort maxes out at 10 days, but I'm thinking it might have something to do with how many theme parks they have vs. Mickey's original house only having two. Sadly, yes, to be able to get 7 days of theme park tickets, you would have to book a five-day ticket as well as a two-day ticket for everyone in your group.
I would say that another option would be to look into getting a
Magic Key annual pass for each person in your family, but of the two options currently available for sale, the
Enchant Key, which would
fit your range of planned vacation time, only allows up to four theme park reservations to be made and held at a time. So yes, your best bet would be to purchase two sets of
theme park admission tickets for everyone in your crew. Pro Tip: be sure to check with any clubs or associations you happen to belong to for travel deals, even check at Costco!
I'm so sorry that I wasn't able to provide a better solution or happier news, Jennifer. But do be sure to check out the
