    coming 6/2013.have adr's at tusker house at 8am and crystal palace at 8:30am. will need to take the disney bus. how often do the character meal buses come and will certain buses only be going to certain parks?

    Hi Kristin!

    I bet you're excited about your upcoming trip.  Sounds like you have some fabulous advance dining reservations.  I am a big fan of starting off a day in the Disney theme parks with a character breakfast.  

    Your best bet for arriving on time for your early morning reservations is to check with the guest services desk at your home resort the night before your scheduled breakfast.  Ask them where you need to be to catch the earliest Disney bus headed to the theme park where you'll be dining.  Typically Disney buses come every twenty minutes or so but the frequency with which buses arrive fluctuates throughout the day.  My personal preference is to board a Disney bus at least one hour before my reservation.  That gives my family time to make the trip to the theme park, disembark the bus, walk to the turnstiles, go through security, present our theme park passes, pose for a few early morning photos, and then walk at a leisurely pace to our restaurant.  It's definitely more fun to start out your day with more time and less stress so plan on being an early riser!
