    Our family has had annual Water Park & More passes, which allow us to enjoy DisneyQuest to our heart's content.  And there's nothing better than to let my junior-high boys loose to enjoy all of the games without worrying that they're going to be back within minutes asking for tokens or quarters!

    So the answer to your question is 'no.' Once you're in DisneyQuest the games are included in your ticket admission. The only thing that requires money are the finished products that your child may create while in the Create Zone, if memory serves me correctly. (Well, until you get to the souvenir shop at the exit....)
