    We have a combo land/sea trip in June 2010 and are using Magic Express. No luggage tags came for the airport-to-resport leg of travel, only for resort to sea and sea to airport legs. Is this right?

    Hi Melissa,

    You should have received a voucher and luggage tags for your Disney's Magical Express transportation from Orlando International Airport to your resort.  I would call DME's customer service center (866) 599-0951 to confirm that this service is noted on your reservation.

    If you do not receive anything prior to leaving, not to worry.  Once you arrive at Orlando International Airport, proceed directly to Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center and they will provide you with the necessary vouchers and obtain information to collect your luggage and deliver it to your resort for you.
