Magic Tickets should indeed be successfully linked to My Disney Experience to enable Guests to make
Disney Park Pass reservations for their intended Disney Theme Park days.
Sally, it might be helpful to know that Guests like you and I who reside over here in the United Kingdom, are able to purchase
Magic Tickets from the UK-based Walt Disney Travel Company website. Therefore, if your combo Disney tickets were purchased from another UK provider, you may need to contact them in the first instance.
Typically, Guests do need to speak in person with a helpful Cast Member when wishing to remove or delete a Disney Theme Park Ticket from their My Disney Experience account.
