If I combine multiple gift cards together can I then use that to buy park tickets?

Greetings, Jonathon, and welcome to planDisney! It seems like you have a Disneyland Resort visit on the horizon – yay! The first step, of course, is to purchase your theme park tickets. Let’s talk about doing that with a Disney Gift Card.

I have good news for you, Jonathon: You can certainly purchase theme park tickets on the Disneyland website with a Disney Gift Card. You'll only be able to use one per transaction. First, register all your cards at DisneyGiftCard.com and consolidate them to a single card (up to $1,000). After that, sign into your Disney account on the Disneyland website, follow the prompts to choose your tickets, and select your reservation dates. When you get to the payment page, check the "Use a Disney Gift Card" box and enter the information from the back of your card. And heads up, you can purchase Guest tickets in separate transactions if, for example, the total purchase is greater than $1,000 and you want to use two gift cards.

Once your tickets are purchased and your reservations are made, make sure they show up in the Disneyland mobile app. I use the app every time I'm at the Resort – it makes it easy to scan into the park, use Lightning Lane passes, access photos, check wait times, order food, and more. You can adjust your reservation dates in the app, too!

Speaking of Lightning Lanes, you should consider adding the Lightning Lane Multi Pass to your tickets during the purchase process. It's a great way to maximize your time in the parks – the pass grants access to the Lightning Lane entrance at many popular attractions, leading to shorter wait times. There are other benefits to this pass, too, like unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos.

If you have leftover funds on your Disney Gift Card after purchasing your theme park tickets, bring it with you and use it at many retail and dining locations inside the park. There's nothing better than shopping for fun souvenirs with a gift card! Take a look at all the amazing 70th Anniversary Celebration merchandise ahead of your visit.
