How do I combine a friend that is double booked. My wife is listed twice as a guest and friend. I tried to remove her from the extra friends list but received a notice that she had active activities and couldn't be eliminated

    Hi Neil,

There's a lot that I love about all the cool and convenient planning tools available in My Disney Experience -- both the online version and the My Disney Experience mobile app. The Family & Friends feature is certainly one of the tools I really appreciate.

I recently experienced the same issue as you with not being able to remove someone who was listed in My Family & Friends List. As a typical do-it-yourselfer, especially when it comes to planning Disney vacations, I'd love nothing more than tell you the shortcuts for how to resolve this yourself.

In my case, I ended up having a quick chat with the Cast Members on the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk. The Cast Members were able to help me get everything sorted out with my list. My best suggestion is to reach out to the Internet Help Desk.  In addition to contacting them through the the chat service, you can give a call to them at (407) 939-4357.

Neil, there's so much to look forward to with your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I hope you're especially looking forward to joining in all the fun of “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
