How to combine Disney gift cards

    Hiya Martha,

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your Disney Gift Card question! Can you believe your magical vacation is just days away? I bet you’re already dreaming of strolling down Main Street, with a Mickey bar in hand while the Dapper Dans serenade you in perfect harmony—it truly doesn’t get more magical than that!

I love that you’re planning ahead with Disney Gift Cards! They’re one of my favorite ways to manage spending while in the parks. My girls always ask for them for birthdays or special occasions, and right before our trip, we sit down and combine them all into one card. It kind of feels like we’re loading up our own little pouch of pixie dust before we even zip up the suitcase!

Now, to combine those gift cards, just head over to the Disney Gift Card website. You’ll log in using the same info you use for your My Disney Experience account. Once you're in, click on “My Cards” and then “Add a Card.” You can add up to six cards and move balances between them with just a few clicks.

Just a quick heads-up: you’ll need the 16-digit number and the security code from each card. Additionally, each transfer must be for the full balance (no partial transfers), and you can only load up to $1,000 on a single card. It’s super easy—and makes purchases around the parks (from Mickey-shaped pretzels to matching tees from the Emporium) feel seamless and stress-free.

Martha, I hope this helps as you get ready for your practically perfect vacation. If you have any more questions, we’re always here to help.

    See you real soon,

    Christina
