My College Program roommates and I are doing a 20 year reunion in Feb and 3 of us are all staying at the same resort and were hoping to link our reservations or atleast request to get our rooms near each other! what is the best way to go about that?

    Hiya Jake! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy, sounds like you're planning quite the vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort! While every trip is a great trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth, the ones where you can make lifelong memories with those you care about are the best trips of all. It sounds like your reunion is already off to a great start, but I'd be happy to help you with the details.

To request that your room be close to other Guests in the same Disney Resort Hotel, you will want to give the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Line a call. The Cast Member on the other end of the phone will be able to make a note of your request. When you call, you should have the name on the other reservations and it may also help to have all the confirmation numbers, though not entirely necessary.

Though Cast Members do their best to grant as many requests as possible, there is no guarantee. Many factors go into making this work, such as room type, other requests made on the rooms, availability within the resort, etc. For example, if one of the Guests you'd like to be near booked a room with a specific view, or a room with Club Level access, or a room with accessible features, accommodating all of these factors proves to be tricky. If room types and other requests are similar, you'll have better luck seeing your wish granted!

Jake, if you haven't already, you can connect with the other Guests in your travel party through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. This will help keep the planning straight and you can see what everyone else is up to! Keeping a larger group together can sometimes be challenging, but if everyone is connected, you'll have an easier time finding your fellow reunion-goers and banking core memories along the way!

    See ya real soon,
