Hi, Elizabeth!
I am bit confused by your question, as "E Tickets" in Disney fondly brings back memories of yester-year when guests had to buy tickets for each attraction. The "E Ticket" was the ticket used for the very best attractions in the park. You can still find collectors pins or other fun items once in a while that pay homage to this history of the Disney theme parks.
However, since it is now the 21st century and we are in the digital age, I am going to guess you have
purchased your theme park tickets online electronically and now need to collect the physical tickets. To do this, take any exchange certificates, receipts, emails, the credit card you used to purchase your tickets and a photo ID to any ticket window. A friendly cast member will be happy to get your tickets for you.
If you did purchase your tickets online and have them linked to your
My Disney Experience, you can begin booking your
FastPass+ selections 60 days in advance of your vacation if staying at a Disney resort hotel or 30 days for all other guests.
Please let me know if there is something completely different you are looking for! I will be happy to assist!
Cathy
