    A colleague has advised Disney would be sending park tickets to my email but it has not yet shown up. Who can I speak with to get this resolved?

    Your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is fast-approaching, and you’ll be in time to enjoy the 50th-anniversary celebration, how exciting! It would be my pleasure to assist a fellow Canadian Disney fan!

    Purchasing Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets online should present you with an email confirmation that includes your theme park ticket purchase displaying ticket ID numbers and/or barcodes, your colleague is correct. When I purchased my tickets online I received my email confirmation right away. Please check your email folders including your spam folder as sometimes emails have a way of finding their way there – also check your computer downloads as any PDF files containing ticket information may have been stored there. As well, if you were logged in to your Disney account when you made the purchase, the tickets should be in your personal My Disney Experience planning area. If you still cannot find those theme park tickets please contact Walt Disney World Resort – Existing Tickets for support and resolution - calling in the evening may present you with shorter wait times.

    Miri, as soon as your Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket matter is resolved, please link your Walt Disney World Resort tickets to your Disney account to manage your plans in My Disney Experience either using your desktop or by using the My Disney Experience app. Once your tickets are linked, please proceed to make your Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservations for each day of your valid theme park admission, as this is the method of visiting the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks at this time.

    Tips:
    Download the My Disney Experience app to manage all your plans before and during your visit. Enable app transactions by updating the Payment Method via My Profile on your Welcome page to facilitate Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and the addition of the Disney Genie+ service on the day of your theme park visit which will add great convenience to your theme park touring.

    Using the My Disney Experience app create a Disney MagicMobile pass to store your valid theme park admission in your mobile device digital wallet with Disney MagicMobile Service – you’ll have easy access to your theme park admission using Express Mode to gain entry into your reserved theme park.
