Welcome to
planDisney, Shaunna!
Ah, the adventure of taking little ones to the restroom at the parks—it's a tale as old as time, though not always with a happily ever after! My kids have always been terrified of the automatic flushing toilets. Honestly, I think they’d rather take their chances sitting on Ursula’s lap!
We typically block the sensor and bring a collapsible toilet seat cover with us. Whilst we haven’t personally used a collapsible travel potty, I don’t believe it would be an issue. It’s not listed as a
prohibited item, and as long as it fits in a backpack or the bottom of your stroller, you should be good to go. That said, the final decision rests with security at the entrance, so I always recommend having a backup plan—just in case!
Speaking of bringing Mouseketeers to the parks, have you heard about the
Baby Care Centers? These air-conditioned havens are located in each theme park and are perfect for changing clothes after an accident, feeding your little Wilderness Explorer, or simply taking a break from the hustle and bustle. You might even find that your kiddo feels more comfortable using the potty in this quieter, more relaxed setting!
I hope that's helpful, Shaunna. Thanks for choosing to be our Guest!
