I am a "Coke-a-holic" (actually, I consume way too many Diet Cokes every day). I will be staying at the Beach Club Resort. For non-dining plan members, can a refillable mug be purchased? And can I/we only get refills at resort restaurants?

    Hi Ted,

I feel your pain, I too love my Diet Coke way too much and must cut it down soon or I may burst!  Anyhoo, back to your question.......You do not have to be on the Dining Plan in order to purchase a refillable mug.  They are available for purchase in the gift shop at the Beach Club for a very reasonable cost (especially if you are filling it with soda, etc.... continuously throughout the days of your trip).  You are only supposed to fill it at the Resort in which it was purchased and where you will be staying (at the refillable stations available and I think also at the Beaches & Cream Soda Shop they have filled mine in the past with your typical sodas, etc.... no milkshakes I'm afraid...sorry!).  Most of the mugs have different themes and/or pictures on them and different sizes/shapes for the various Disney Resorts and that is how they can tell the difference of which Resort it belongs to.  I am sure you will still get your money's worth though as you can fill it before going anywhere and just bring it along with you wherever you may be going and then it adds as a great way to refill on water while out trekking around in WDW.  Have a great vacation.

    Best wishes,
