Hello Cyndi! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Blog.
Understanding the importance of a good start to your day,
appreciating the value of Extra Magic Hours at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks and (most importantly) sharing close quarters with excited, young children transform many (including myself) into morning people. My coping strategy for rising so early is coffee.
When we stayed at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort, we were initially booked for a Standard Room in The Little Mermaid section. While excellently themed, these rooms did not have a coffee maker in the room, were a little cramped for my family and a little too far from the main building (to get to coffee). We decided mid-trip to switch to a Family Suite in The Lion King section and found that we had plenty of room, a short trip to transportation and the main building and a two-cup coffee maker in the kitchenette of our family suite.
Cyndi, as you mentioned you are staying in the Finding Nemo section of Disney's Art of Animation Resort, steps from the largest resort pool on property, your suite will be equipped with amenities that include a two-cup coffee maker with a supply of Joffrey's coffee pods, and coffee fixings to satiate any need for a cup of joe.
If you require a coffee maker to make hot water, simply not adding a coffee pod before turning on the machine will provide you with a piping hot cup.
The Finding Nemo Suites are so close to the main building, be sure to check out Landscape of Flavors for
a wide range of fare to please any palette, including coffee (and hot water).
Have a Magical Vacation!
