Hi, Kathryn! Thanks for stopping by planDisney on your way to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
I'm so excited because I get to chat with you about two of my most favorite things- coffee and
Walt Disney World Resort! I like to start every morning with a cup (or two) of coffee. I especially need that caffeine when I'm getting up early to book my first
Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane and heading off to rope drop at the theme parks.
I'm happy to tell you that you will find a coffee maker in your
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel room. The style of the coffee maker differs between the various resort hotels. Some resorts have a single-cup brewer that uses K-cup coffee pods. In other resorts, you will find a two-cup coffee maker that uses flat coffee pods. You might even find a full, drip-style coffee pot if you are staying in
Disney Vacation Club accommodations.
In addition to the coffee maker, your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel room will also come equipped with all of the supplies you need to brew that perfect cup of coffee each morning. Your resort hotel room will be stocked with whichever type of coffee pods your brewer uses, as well as a selection of sweeteners and coffee creamers. You'll even find some to-go cups and lids in case you need to grab your coffee as you're headed out the door to
catch your bus to the park. If you're ever running low on coffee supplies, just give
housekeeping a call. They will be happy to restock your supplies as needed.
Kathryn, if you need a little caffeinated pick-me-up while in the theme parks, I'm happy to tell you that you can find Joffrey's Coffee and Starbucks locations all over Walt Disney World Resort. One of my favorite things to do is grab a Starbucks coffee at
Main Street Bakery in
Magic Kingdom Park and enjoy it as I sit in front of Cinderella Castle, taking in all the sights and sounds. Trust me, no cup of coffee will ever taste better!
Have a magical day!
Samantha
