Coffee maker at Old Key West

    Hi Lyn,

Welcome to planDisney and Welcome Home!  As a coffee lover myself, I know how important that cup of morning magic can be –– especially when you're headed out for an early-morning "rope drop" at your favorite Walt Disney World theme park!

When it comes to in-room coffeemakers at Disney's Old Key West Resort, the type of machine in your room typically varies by room type.  Currently, Deluxe Studios, 1-Bedroom Villas, and 2-Bedroom Villas are furnished with a 12-cup Mr. Coffee drip coffeemaker.  Along with the coffeemaker, you'll find a Joffrey's Coffee & Tea "pods" –– self-contained coffee/filter packets –– in both regular and decaf varieties, as well as a selection of creamers and sweeteners. In the 3-Bedroom Grand Villas, you'll find a Cuisinart coffeemaker that can make both a full pot of coffee or an individual k-cup option.  In addition to the self-contained Jeffrey's Coffee & Tea "pods", you will also find individual Joffrey's k-cup pods in Grand Villa accommodations.

If you need additional coffee supplies during your stay, you can place a call to "Mousekeeping" from your room at any time to request more.  You may also prefer to bring your favorite coffee from home, just remember that you'll also need to pack flat-bottom, standard coffee filters if your room is furnished with a drip coffeemaker (these can also be purchased in the Conch Flats General Store).

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Lyn.  Here's hoping a java-filled visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is in your future!

    Happy New Year!
