If you just want coffee for breakfast when staying at a WDW resort (with dining) would it be a snack credit, or complimentary? I feel like I should know this but I never paid much mind to to before.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jordan!

Coffee and the Walt Disney World Resort…is there a better combination? Caffeine is the pixie dust that powers my Disney days, and whether I’m sipping a cup in my hotel room or walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A. with a Starbucks cup in hand, I’m a happy Mouseketeer when I’ve got that magical potion.

Jordan, I’m happy to report that all your coffee dreams will come true at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Since you have the Disney Dining Plan, you’ll have a Resort Refillable Mug, which comes with unlimited refills of coffee, tea, cocoa, and fountain soda. Bring your mug to your resort hotel’s Quick-Service dining location and fill up on brewed coffee to your heart’s content – it’s all included in your Disney Dining Plan when you’re using your mug, and you won’t need to use any of your dining entitlements for the coffee. If you’d like a latte or specialty drink, you may be able to redeem a snack credit for that if your resort hotel has a coffee bar (many do), or you could choose that as your included beverage if you’re ordering a meal.

One of my favorite Disney Dining Plan tips is that your snack credits can be redeemed at Starbucks – for one snack credit, you can order a venti beverage with extra shots and whip cream. It’s a great value on the Disney Dining Plan! My dear friend (and fellow coffee lover) Ashley shared the Starbucks locations around Walt Disney World in this coffee-dusted answer.

Jordan, I see you’ll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth during the holidays, and I hope you have so much festive fun. There is extra magic in the air at this special time of year, and, as Anna and Elsa sing, I hope “it’s a holiday every night” as you share time together with your loved ones and make so many magical memories.

Wishing you a merry and magical (and caffeinated!) vacation,
    Robyn
