What coffe maker brand is in the 1 and. 2 bedroom villas? I believe the info provided recently was not accurate. Need to know for filter . Thanks

Hi, Pamela, and Welcome Home to the Disney Vacation Club corner of planDisney! I’m happy to help a fellow Member in need of caffeination. It looks like you’re arriving for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation this very day, so let’s get down to business with the information you’re looking for.

Pamela, I certainly appreciate this question, as one of my husband’s biggest concerns when we travel is where his morning coffee is coming from!  I’m not sure which DVC resort you’ll be staying at for this vacation, but most of the 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Villas have 12-cup drip coffeemakers that use a flat-bottom filter. Upon arrival, there will be a starter pack of coffee and accessories. You can request more from Mousekeeping during your stay, or add a bag of your favorite coffee to your order if you plan to have groceries delivered to your resort.

Occasionally, certain villas may have a Keurig coffeemaker instead. If the setup in your villa does not contain your preferred coffeemaker, call the Front Desk and request a substitution. This may not always be available, but rest assured that the Cast Members will go the distance to make sure that you have what you need.

Don’t forget that you can also purchase a Resort Refillable Mug at your resort, which is good for the length of your stay and entitles you to free refills of coffee, tea, or soda at any of the self-service beverage stations located at the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. These are included with the purchase of a Disney dining plan, but you can buy one without being on a plan. I like to bring my empty mug into the theme parks and fill it up with water throughout the day to stay hydrated, then stop at Starbucks or Joffrey's for an afternoon caffeine boost to power through the evening!

I hope you have a wonderful vacation, Pamela. If you wish to reach out directly with the information on which resort you'll be staying at, I can get you specific information on coffeemaker brands at that property. Thanks so much for bringing your question to planDisney–we’ll see ya real soon!

    Stay magical!
