Ahoy Amanda!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another great question. I bet the days are flying by as you get closer to your summer sailing. One great thing about planning and
packing is that it helps make the time cruise by faster until it's time to set sail!
One thing I LOVE to pack is my elegant clothing for meals at
Palo and
Remy. Dinner at Palo may be my favorite part about cruising. I dream about that antipasto spread! I cannot get enough of those olives!
The amazing menus aside, I really enjoy the upscale feel of these spaces. It is something I don't experience often, so this time is special for me to sit in this setting with my husband and have a quiet, relaxed meal. Part of the fun is being dressed to the nines! For Palo dinner, a cocktail dress is perfectly acceptable attire for ladies. Men can wear dress slacks and a button up shirt with a collar. A tie is welcomed, but not required. Remy brunch has a more strict dress code. Again, a cocktail dress or pantsuit paired with nice dress shoes will work well for women. For men, dress pants and a dress shirt are required. I would not recommend a golf or polo shirt when dining at Remy.
Since you are all dressed up for the evening, after your meal be sure to stop by the adults exclusive
Skyline lounge to enjoy a cocktail. This is my favorite lounge as the drinks are delicious and the scenery is always changing!
Sail on back with any more questions! Bon voyage! Angie
