How do I get a club room at grand Floridian

Greetings Carol and welcome to planDisney!

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa! One of the most elegant and spectacular resorts with a view of the Magic Kingdom that takes your breath away!  My wife and I had the opportunity to stay in a top floor room with our Disney Vacation Club points, and we had the absolute best view of the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort! It was amazing!  The best part of that trip was that a hurricane decided to hit Orlando on the last day of our trip, and we were able to keep our room for two additional nights and extend our vacation!  The Cast Members at Walt Disney World were so accommodating and wonderful during such a stressful event!

Carol, let's get you the right place so you can enjoy the Grand Floridian in style with a club level room.  I was able to check various dates for a club level room by starting at the Walt Disney World website. On the top of the page there is a tab that is listed as “Places to Stay”, hover over that tab. In the dropdown you will see “Deluxe Resort Hotels”, select that option. Enter your check-in and check-out dates and any other information needed.  Scroll down to find Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and select the resort. You will have the choice for a room only reservation or a package with tickets; select your preference.  Scroll down to the room listing that includes Club Level, and you will have multiple options from Resort View to Theme Park View to many other Club Level options.

The Club Level rooms are located on levels three, four and five of the main building at the Grand Floridian, and the Royal Palm Club is located on the fifth floor where you will find refreshments throughout the day! Club Level also includes concierge service, lounge access, and other benefits!

Carol, I hope your plans don’t include a hurricane, unless it's from your lounge access, but I do hope it includes a Mickey Bar or two!  Have an amazing adventure!
