Hi Jessica!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm that crazy travel lady who loves hospitality lounges. I'm also that person who hates downtime on Disney Days, so I too was faced with a similar quandary when I stayed in a Club Level room at Disney's Contemporary Resort last month.
Club Level Lounges are found in select
Disney Resort Hotels, however they all follow the same time
schedule of when they offer nibbles. The actual offerings vary based on the day, and some items even match a resorts themeing. (The club lounge at Disney's Polynesian Resort Village has POG juice for breakfast, while the lounge at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has a mid-day tea service.) The snacks that are available between 10:30 A.M. and 4 P.M. are communal bowls of things like gummy bears, pretzels, snack mix and homemade potato chips. The majority of evening items served between 5 P.M. and 7 P.M. either need to stay hot, or be consumed within a few hours. While you certainly can request with the club level concierge to set aside a few desserts or non-temperature sensitive snacks, it's not officially a service of this floor, so it will be up to Tinker Bell to determine that amount of pixie dust.
There is a beverage fridge stocked with a variety of sodas that's available 24/7, and of course water. We scheduled afternoon breaks into our days where we'd get back to the hotel right before 4 P.M. to partake in the last of the afternoon snacks. We'd take the next hour to charge our literal and figurative batteries, then we'd hit the evening lounge setup as soon as it was out before leaving to enjoy more park time. (We also set aside what we could for later, including adult beverages.)
I hope this helped, Jessica, and We'll See You Real Soon!
