Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Tanya!
You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. Thanks so much for dropping by with a question about your upcoming visit. Can you believe you're less than two weeks away from arriving at
Walt Disney World Resort? After all that waiting (and planning!) the magic is finally about to begin. Before you know it, you'll be strolling down Main Street, U.S.A., with a Mickey-shaped pretzel in hand, taking in all the excitement of
The World's Most Magical Celebration –– it's going amazing!
At select
Deluxe Disney Resorts Collection hotels, Guests can enjoy personalized Concierge service and exclusive access to the Resort's Club Lounge by booking a stay in a
Club Level room. While these rooms come with some seriously cool perks, the Club Lounge is definitely my favorite part –– throughout the day you'll find an assortment of hot dishes, snacks, desserts, and even alcoholic beverages (for Guests over the age of 21, of course), which are all included with the price of your room. My family really loves stopping by to grab a few snacks on our way to the park, then returning at night for a sweet treat before bedtime. However, because these rooms are a part of a specific booking category, they aren't something that you can simply request once you arrive. In order to take advantage of Club Level benefits, you'll need to book a designated Club Level room.
If you're staying at a Deluxe Resort that offers Club Level amenities and you'd like to enjoy these exclusive perks during your upcoming visit, it might be possible to upgrade your existing reservation to a Club Level room. Sometimes you can do this right from the Walt Disney World website by logging into your
My Disney Experience account –– simply visit the "My Plans" section, scroll to your existing reservation, and click "Modify Reservation" to see what options you have. If you don't have the option to upgrade online, you might also want to give the
Walt Disney World Reservation Line a call at (407) 939-1936 where a Cast Member can check to see if any Club Level rooms are available during your stay. And finally, you can always ask if there is any Club Level room availability at the Front Desk of the Resort once you arrive. With this isn't guaranteed, it never hurts to ask, right?
I hope this helped to answer your question and I really appreciate you visiting planDisney, Tanya. No matter what type of room you choose, I'm wishing you a Walt Disney World Resort visit that's filled with pixie dust from beginning to end!
See Ya Real Soon,
Amy
