what is club level access? What amenities do you get that a regular resort guest does not get?

    Hello, James,

Thank you for your questions about the Club-Level Service offered at some of the Disney resorts.  While there is some variance at each different resort, guests who book those rooms will have the following additional amenities:

    • Evening turndown service
    • Access to a Club Level Lounge throughout the day for refreshments
    • Pre-arrival Walt Disney World Resort itinerary planning
    • Personalized Front Desk and Guest Services
    • Complimentary newspapers
To read more personalized details, I'd recommend visiting On the top of the page is a menu; click on The Resort then Planning. Once on the Planning page, you'll see two articles that will provide you with more helpful information. You can also visit and do a search for Club-Level. These search results should lead you to reviews of the different resorts and their unique offerings as well as photos.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.  We are happy to help!  -Kara
