    What is Club Access?

Hi there, Cathy! Welcome to planDisney, the most magical corner of the Internet. Thanks a bunch for bringing us your question!

Staying in a Club Level room at one of the Deluxe Disney Resorts Collection hotels or Disney's Coronado Springs Resort will give you and your travel party access to an exclusive Club Level lounge in your Resort, as well as personalized service throughout your stay. Club Level lounges offer daily refreshments that include breakfast, snacks, desserts, and a wide variety of drinks to choose from throughout the day. If you're planning on heading back to your hotel to rest up in the middle of the day, booking a Club Level room is the perfect choice for you!

Besides having access to your hotel's lounge, your Club Level room also comes with access to the Club Level Concierge. These amazing Cast Members can assist you with tons of things like making dining reservations at your favorite Walt Disney World Resort restaurants, purchasing all types of tickets, providing information regarding transportation, park hours, and show times, and so much more.

Cathy, if you think you might spend quite a bit of time enjoying your Disney hotel, I couldn't recommend this more. Having access to food and drinks throughout the day is a game changer, especially if you're traveling with young children or a large party. It's always really nice heading back to your hotel for a little peace and quiet in the middle of the day, but it's even better when there's food involved! Plus, if you think you're going to be using the Concierge services, it really is a no brainer. However, if you're more of an open-to-close type of person, or you simply don't think you'll be spending that much time in your hotel, I honestly don't think booking a Club Level room would be worth it for you. In the end, it all comes down to your personal travel style!

I sincerely hope this helps, Cathy. If you have any other questions, you know where to find us! We're always available and happy to help here at planDisney. See you real soon!

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
