Heigh-ho Hallie! It's off to Walt Disney World you go! You must be so excited that your vacation is almost here. Thanks for sending another great question our way. There is nothing quite like taking your Mouseketeers to the Most Magical Place on Earth for the first time. Even though my little ones have been visiting the Disney Parks since they were infants, I am always in awe of the pure joy on their faces each time they step onto Main Street U.S.A. On our most recent trip, even the face coverings couldn't contain their elation; it was evident in the way they jumped up and down as they entered the Magic Kingdom Park and first glimpsed Cinderella Castle. My daughter danced along with the character cavalcades and interacted with her favorite Disney pals as they went by. My son audibly gasped in amazement when he cleared the measurement stick and was finally tall enough to ride Space Mountain. In our pictures, their happiness glows above and below their face coverings, with smiles shining in their eyes.Hallie, face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) at Walt Disney World at all times unless dining or swimming. At this time face coverings must: 1. Be made with at least two layers of breathable material2. Fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin3. Fit snugly against the side of the face4. Be secured with ties or ear loops. Additionally, based on guidance from health authorities, neck gaiters, open-chin triangle bandanas and face masks containing valves, mesh material or holes of any kind are not acceptable. Costume masks are also not considered appropriate. As long as your family's face coverings comply with official rules, they will be allowed. I recommend bringing multiple face coverings per person and testing out each style ahead of time. We spent some time at our local theme park this summer, so our entire family became mask experts! We find that the youth-size shopDisney face coverings provide the best fit and comfort for our children. There are some great prints to choose from and even more in the shops throughout the parks and resorts once you arrive at Walt Disney World. Hallie, I hope this helps as you begin your final countdown to Disney fun. Have a wonderful time with your little guys, and we'll see ya real soon!Betsy
