What closures are happening in September and November?

    Greetings, Amy!

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your wonderful question. I love how eager you are to plan the details of your fall vacations to the Happiest Place on Earth!

You can always view the Daily Events Schedule online prior to your vacation to see refurbishments, entertainment times, park hours, and special events each day of your trip. This schedule is typically updated about six weeks in advance, so that is when you will know exactly what will be happening during your vacation. Mark your calendar so you can plan accordingly! Dining reservations and special dining packages can be booked up to 60 days in advance, so I always try to coordinate this with the schedule of events happening during my stays. I don't want to miss any of my favorite nighttime spectaculars or parades.

Sometimes attractions are temporarily closed in the fall to transition for Halloween Time and holiday experiences at Disney California Adventure Park and Disneyland Park. My favorites are Haunted Mansion Holiday, "it's a small world" Holiday, and the holiday transformations in Cars Land. I can't wait for you to experience these ghoulishly delightful attractions and festive fun experiences.

I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions. Have a Fantasmic day!
