What is closest place to Hollywood Studios to watch the super bowl on 2/1/14. We would like to see Fantasmic but my husband would like to watch the game. Something close that he can meet us for fantastic then head back to it quickly w/o missing too much?

    Hi Christina,

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel to ask your question. We're excited to help you plan your magical Walt Disney World vacation.

One of the best places for your husband to view the 2015 Super Bowl during your vacation would be the ESPN Club on Disney's BoardWalk. With around 100 video monitors, this is the place for football fans to view their favorite team, or enjoy the biggest game of the year. Your husband will be able to utilize water transportation to get to the Boardwalk area. Please keep in mind that water transportation may take around 20 minutes from Disney's Hollywood Studios to the Boardwalk area, so have your husband factor that into his plans. Also, there will be a big turnout for the "big game," so he may want to arrive at ESPN Club as early as possible to ensure a seat within the restaurant. In years past, bleacher seating and big screen TVs have been set up outside the restaurant for guests that weren't able to make it inside. At this time, there is no guarantee that this courtesy will be repeated, but we can only hope!

I hope this answers your question, Christina. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask us at any time. We're always here to help.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
