What is the closest parking lot to MK and is there a way to get there without using the monorail, bus or boat?

Welcome to planDisney, Daniela! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today. I also have a trip to Walt Disney World Resort planned right around the same time as you, and I'm really looking forward to a fun fall break. Make sure to check out the autumnal decorations at Magic Kingdom Park and, of course, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!

Daniela, the closest parking lot to Magic Kingdom Park is the Transportation and Ticket Center, which serves as the main parking lot for that Theme Park. When you arrive, you'll park your car and use either the monorail or ferry boat to get to the front gates. These are the only two methods of transportation from the Transportation and Ticket Center to Magic Kingdom Park, so you will need to use one of these options to get there and back.

There is one more option for transportation that bypasses the Transportation and Ticket Center completely, and that's Minnie Van Service! If you're starting your journey at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel or you're headed to Magic Kingdom Park from another Theme Park, you can use the Lyft app to order a Minnie Van to come pick you up and drop you off at your destination. Minnie Vans can drop guests off in the bus loop at Magic Kingdom Park right outside the gates, so it's a great form of transportation if you are coming from somewhere else on Walt Disney World Resort property and don't want to drive yourself!

I hope this answers your question, Daniela, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
