Where is the closest Guest Relations from Fort Wilderness so I can convert my 2003 Park Hoppers for the updated ones?

    Hi James!

Oh Boy! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is next week!! Are you getting so excited? And how cool is it that you have some old 'never expire' tickets still lying around! We had some from 1999 that I used in 2013; I finally felt a bit vindicated in having a "collection of treasures" since it meant I could go back to Walt Disney World Resort. Pro Tip: If you can, update the tickets the day you arrive or the day before you plan to first enter a theme park so you won't have to stand in line first thing in the morning.

Each theme park and water park, as well as ESPN Wide World of Sports and Disney Springs have a non-admission side Guest Relations counter that would be more than happy to assist you. The hours of each location will mirror whatever the closing hours of that park are for the day, which can change daily depending on Extra Magic Hours. Your best bets, James, would be either the location at Magic Kingdom Park or at Disney Springs.

With Magic Kingdom Park, you can take a direct water taxi from the Settlement Depot section of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. You will have to go through a security bag check despite not actually entering the theme park. But once your tickets are validated you can hop around to the different resort hotels that are located on the monorail just for fun. The location at Disney Springs is open later than the others, and bonus, you'll have a wide variety of shopping and entertainment options after you've finished this errand. Your Resort Hotel has a complimentary bus that goes to Disney Springs from 10 A.M. until 1 A.M. daily.

I hope you have so much fun, James, and We'll See You Soon!
