Is there closer parking for a person with handicapped n a handicapped license Walking from Mickey parking to the entrance is a distance

    Hi there, Louise!

Welcome, and thank you for visiting planDisney with this question. I hope you’re having fun planning all the magical details of your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!

There are a limited number of parking spaces reserved for Guests arriving in vehicles with a valid disability parking placard or license plate at the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure and Pixar Pals Parking Structure. These structures open 30 minutes before the regular theme park opening time, and standard parking rates will apply. As you know, the tram is not operating at this time so Guests must access the parks by using a dedicated walkway that leads to the theme parks from the two resort parking areas. However, wheelchair, stroller and ECV rentals are available right at the parking structures for Guests who are unable to walk that distance.

I hope this information helps, Louise. Please don’t hesitate to visit us again with more questions as your pixie-dusted Disneyland Resort vacation approaches! We’d love to help you plan.

    Wishing you magic,
