Welcome back to planDisney, Terissa! We love to see a returning guest and I hope you're getting excited for your upcoming vacation.
Disney's Port Orleans Resort- Riverside will always hold a special place in my heart as it was the resort we stayed at for my oldest son's first visit! The relaxing, Southern vibe of this property was the perfect backdrop for breakfast outside and I loved how the size of the grounds felt cozy after a long day in the parks. Make sure to carve out some time to take a quick stroll over to Disney's Port Orleans Resort- French Quarter for some Mickey-shaped beignets at the
Scat Cat's Club - Café. You won't find a more delicious, powdery treat outside of New Orleans.
Now, Terissa, since you'll likely be venturing past the gates of your resort. Let's talk about
transportation. From Disney's Port Orleans Resort- Riverside you'll have bus transportation to all four theme parks and a water taxi available to Disney Springs.
The Disney Skyliner connects the following resorts to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios: Disney's Riviera Resort, Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Pop Century Resort and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. To have a better visual, check out the Skyliner map
HERE.
Terissa, no matter where you are staying, if time permits, you certainly can hop aboard the Disney Skyliner to feel like you're flying across Walt Disney World. You might even have a better view than our
Feathered Friends in Flight! found inside
Disney's Animal Kingdom.
If you have any additional questions, please come on back to planDisney where we love to help guests find that extra bit of Magic for their own vacations.
