    How close is Garden Grill to rose and crown? Is it ok to go to Rose and crown just for desert or drink to watch illuminations? if so how early would you recommend getting there?

    HI Lynette!

    They aren't neighbors, but not too terribly far away.  Depending on crowds and who is walking with you (ie children), it'll take you about 10 minutes to get there.  You'll be coming from Future World to World Showcase, but you'll be on the same side of the park, so you won't have to make the trek across. 

    Unfortunately, if you want a guaranteed view at Rose and Crown, you'll need to get there by 7:30 pm and request a seat with a view.  There's absolutely nothing wrong with grabbing a drink and finding a nearby bench on the promenade, but the tables at Rose and Crown are for dining customers only. 

    I also like the idea of grabbing pastries in France, and a little bubbly, and enjoying them on a bench.  But then again, I enjoy any and every view of IllumiNations!
