Howdy Kathleen Ann, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. Disneyland Paris is such a magical place for a big family trip! Last year I visited with 10 of my family members and friends, and we made so many core memories together.
Now, let’s chat about requesting a room close to your daughter so you’re all set for your holiday! Since you’re within seven days of your
Disney Hotel Cheyenne stay, you can request connecting or adjoining rooms through
mobile check-in using the
Disneyland Paris mobile app. You’ll need to input the booking number and principal guest’s last name from your daughter’s reservation (and she can do the same with your booking information when she uses mobile check-in). Another option is to
call the Client Relation Center, and a Cast Member would be happy to add the request to your reservation. While room requests aren’t guaranteed, Cast Members will try their best to grant your wish!
I also wanted to mention a similar request you can make for dining. While you can book reservations for table service restaurants for up to 10 people, my sister and I had to book two smaller reservations for our large party last year. When you make the reservations in the app or on the Disneyland Paris website, you can check off “Near friend’s table” under Special Requests. Here you can input the lead name from the second reservation.
While you’re at Hotel Cheyenne next week, don’t forget to stop by the lobby so your family can get a picture with Woody or Jesse. They typically meet in the morning on alternating days, but check with a Cast Member to confirm the schedule. Some of my family’s most memorable character interactions have been through these more casual hotel meet and greets.
I’m wishing you and your family a rootin’ tootin’ good stay at Hotel Cheyenne! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney.
