I clicked on the hyperlink in my email from Disney to pay for the balance of my WDW trip. But once I click on the link, I have no idea where I go to pay the balance of my WDW trip.

Hey Howdy Hey Shirley and welcome to planDisney!

Many milestones are worth celebrating when it comes to planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort and making your final payment is one of the big ones. Approaching 30 days until your trip is so exciting! Thank you for your question in regards to making a payment for your trip. Let's review where to find out how to make your payment.

To make payments towards your vacation package, one of the first places to look is in your email confirmation which should have a link to your My Disney Experience account. Once you are logged into your My Disney Experience account, if you go under the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section, you should see a blue hyperlink on the far right to "Make Payment".

In some cases, you may need to link your reservation to your account which might not have happened right away when you booked your trip. At the top, if you hover over the "Resort Hotel" icon, click on the button to "Link Reservation". Follow the prompts with the confirmation number on your email and you should be all set to find the "Make Payment" link as noted above.

You do also have the option to call Disney and make your payment as well if you would like. You can call Disney at (407) 939-7675 and a Cast Member will be happy to help you.

If you have a room-only reservation, this balance would be due at the time of check-in. You would not have the ability to pay this in advance.

While you are in your My Disney Experience account, I would just run through and make sure you have all of your reservations set and linked. You should see your Theme Park Reservations for the days you are planning on visiting the parks as well as any dining reservations that you may have already made. Never a bad idea to double-check the reservations as well as maybe look at any you may have missed.

I hope this information was helpful and I hope for a Magical vacation for you and your travel party. If you have any further questions please let us know, we would be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
