    I clicked on My Disney vacation but I cannot find a payment option? How can I make online payments?

    Hi Otis!

    That's a very good question! Did you enter your reservation confirmation number? Sometimes that's needed to be able to retrieve your reservation details. The button to pay is generally at the bottom of the screen under "Invoice Information." Also, I do know sometimes Disney gets a ton of web traffic, especially near the holidays, which may take longer to get to areas such as payment screens. I would try again later in the evening or early in the morning. If it continues, you can contact the Technical Support Desk at 407-939-7765.
