    Do you have any clever ideas of how we explain to our 4-year-old that tinkerbell will be full-grown adult size rather than tiny fairy size?

    Hi Michelle!

        I know that you are probably thinking that it is strange having a guy answer your question about Tinkerbell!  I just love Tinkerbell and the Disney Magic that she represents. I truly believe that she is one of Walt Disney's most imaginative and amazing creations!

        So my idea of what to tell your daughter about Tinkerbell's full grown adult size at a Character Meet and Greet has to do with the story behind Pixie Hollow.  I am assuming that you are going to take your daughter to meet Tinkerbell and her Fairy Friends at Pixie Hollow in Toontown at the Magic Kingdom.  

        At Walt Disney World everything has a back story or a story behind everything.  The back story behind Pixie Hollow is that anyone who visits Pixie Hollow is shrunk to the size of a Fairy.  So you can tell your daughter that as soon as you walk through the doors of Pixie Hollow that you all have magically been shrunk down to a Fairy's size!  Tinkerbell is not big, but you are really small and as soon as you go out the doors of Pixie Hollow you will instantly be back to your normal size.

        The only other place that a full adult sized Tinkerbell appears is during Wishes when she flies down from Cinderella's Castle.  Tinkerbell is so high in the sky that that she looks small especially to a child.  Tinkerbell flying down from Cinderella's Castle is magical for people of all ages!

    I hope that you and your daughter have a magical time being shrunk down to the size of a Fairy!
