We will Clear USA Customs in Canada, with plane change in USA city before arrival in Orlando. Are we eligible to have backs tagged for automatic transfer to the Magic Express so that we don’t have to go through baggage claim in Orlando.

    Hi David,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question, my fellow Canadian!

If I understand your question correctly, you’re planning to fly into Orlando International Airport from Canada, but that your journey won’t be aboard a direct flight but rather one that stops in another city in the United States. I’m happy to say that you will be able to use your yellow Disney’s Magical Express luggage tags and have your bags “automagically” whisked straight to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, provided your flight arrives between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM

In fact, because we (usually) get to clear U.S. Customs at most Canadian airports, you’d even be able to use the luggage delivery service, just like any other domestic arrival.

I hope my answer helps you plan a smooth arrival into the Central Florida area. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
