    If you have a clear backpack or tote can you bypass the bag check at each park?

    Hi Doris! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I'm glad to hear that you are preparing for your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. My family always takes in a bag with us for items like snacks, sunscreen, hand sanitizer and ponchos.

    Every bag is subject to bag check, even clear backpacks and totes. A clear bag may help speed up the search at security since it is more visible, but you will still have to go through bag check. I try to use my time in the security line to prepare my bag for the search by unzipping the compartments so they are easily accessible.

    Here is a list of the Park Rules and prohibited items. Following these rules will get you through bag check much more quickly! The Walt Disney World Resort puts Guest safety first and I really appreciate how hard they work to give us a safe and magical vacation!
