Is claustrofobia a qualifying condition for a DAS?

    Hi Isabel! Welcome to planDisney.

Are you currently enjoying a magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort? The Disability Access Service (DAS) helps facilitate an inclusive visit for those individuals who have problems tolerating traditional queue wait lines. Unfortunately, I am not qualified to advise on specific conditions or disabilities accepted for this service. However, you simply need to stop by Guest Relations with the individual seeking approval at any of the theme parks for a quick interview.

A fantastic new feature is the Same-Day DAS return time Self-Selection Tool through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Once approved and inside the theme parks, open the app and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Tap on the Disability Access Serve (DAS) button and follow the prompts to make your self-selections.

Finally, in the app, make sure everyone in your travel party is linked through your Family and Friends List under the "My Profile" section. This will allow your travel party to experience select attractions and experiences together.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
