I am the class of 2023's advisor for our HS. We are strongly considering taking our senior trip at Disney. We would need transportation and group help. Do you have an agent who could help me? We would like to start planning now.

    Howdy Tona!

Welcome to planDisney!  I know your senior class is excited about the idea of going to the Walt Disney World Resort for your senior trip!  Planning a large party vacation takes quite a bit of time!  I am super excited to help you start the planning process!

I have great news for you!  The Walt Disney World Resort offers a Groups Reservation service for all parties with 10 rooms or more. You will be able to make a simple phone call, and a Cast Member can guide you through to make room reservations, tickets, and more!  Currently, the Walt Disney World Resort is not taking reservations past December 31, 2021.  You can always call Group Reservations and speak with a Cast Member to get a good idea of when you can begin the reservation process.  I have placed a link in the highlighted area above so you can contact a Cast Member in Group Reservation and start planning!

You and your senior class can learn about a couple of things ahead of time to make your Walt Disney World Senior Trip stress-free!  If you are not familiar with My Disney Experience, I recommend downloading this app on your smartphone and creating your own My Disney Experience account.  Your My Disney Experience account is your go-to place for all the plans you will make and each member of your senior class.  By familiarizing yourself now with the My Disney Experience App, you will be able to help your classmates when the window opens up to make reservations!

Also, on the My Disney Experience App, you will see an option for Mobile Food Ordering.  Everyone will need to be familiar with ordering their food through the Mobile Food Order option.  This will allow you to get through breakfast, lunch, and dinner swiftly and back to the attractions!

While your class is staying at the Walt Disney World Resort, transportation is a breeze!  There are buses, friendship boats, the Disney Skyliner, and the monorail to transport you to the theme parks and back to your resort hotel.  You will be delighted to know that these services are complimentary.  Depending on which resort you chose, there are different transportation options.

You are planning the most unforgettable vacation for your class!  I know you are ready to “Make Memories to Last a Lifetime” with all of your classmates!  To stay informed of everything planned for 2023, check the Disney Parks Blog!  We are always here to help you, Tona!  If you have any more questions, please come back to planDisney!  We look forward to helping you again!

    See Ya Real Soon,
    Tamela
